Pescadou Bistro has been providing Newport Beach residents with amazing French cuisine for almost 20 years. When the restaurant first opened in 1998, it was owned by Daniel Sidhoum, the brother of the current owner, Olga. Olga and her husband, Chef Jacques de Quillien, took over the restaurant in 2002.

Both Olga and Jacques spent a portion of their childhood in France. It is this upbringing that has allowed them to provide restaurant goers with a French cuisine that has been influenced by a broad range of sources. Chef Jacques de Quillien previously owned Le Mistral restaurant in Corona del Mar. He has also been a chef in Houston, Coral Gables, San Diego and Montreal.
